1ST shift openings Direct Hires - Automatics and Thread Mill Departments
Qualifications:
Automatics & Thread Mill Machine Operators - set up, adjust and operate single and/or multiple spindle machines, equipment to produce internal and external threads of varying types, exacting tolerances and finish requirements.
Inspect, measure and record quality checks Meet or exceed production and quality requirements Flexibility and multi-tasking ability Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math, attention to detail, accuracy Will Train the right team members $15.
50 start minimum, - range based on experience.
Additional $ per hour performance based incentive programs.
EDUCATION:
High school education/GED diploma equivalent preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, GENERAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work schedule is 40 hours per work but may require more hours depending on department workload, must be able to work overtime when required Requires standing, lifting and bending, repetitive motion Impact, crush, cut and pinch-point knowledge Normal factory environment involving seasonally fluctuating temperatures, dust, and noise Wayne County Transit (WCT) work transportation service is available to Shreve - for more info call Community Action Wayne/Medina 330-601-3021.
